From configuration to first login

Dedicated server setup in four steps: configure, pay, receive, and log in

Each stage is shown on the server and billing pages in the control panel.

Configuration

Choose the server specifications, then review the add-ons

Both server options are based on the AMD EPYC 7543P. The configuration page summarizes hardware, network, operating system, and billing period for each order.

Review these six options in order

The memory tier determines the server's total memory. Additional drives, bandwidth, and extra IP addresses are included in the monthly total according to the selected quantity or tier. Servers are delivered from Tokyo, Japan.

  1. 01Memory

Choose 128GB or 256GB DDR4-3200 ECC. Memory cannot be upgraded on the same server after provisioning; changing tiers requires a separate order.

  2. 02Additional drives

Each server includes 2×1TB NVMe drives, with the option to add 0 to 2 more 2TB NVMe drives. Each drive is directly attached; hardware RAID is not included.

  3. 03Bandwidth

Choose one of 250 Mbps, 1 Gbps, or 2 Gbps. Each bandwidth option includes unmetered traffic.

  4. 04Extra IPv4

One dedicated address is included, with up to 255 additional addresses available. Each extra address is billed monthly.

  5. 05Operating system

Choose one of 14 free operating systems or Windows Server with a monthly licence fee. If Windows is selected, choose the system language as well.

  6. 06Billing period

Choose monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual billing for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, respectively. No discounts apply.

Payment

Pay the amount due for the selected period

All charges are billed in US dollars. Available payment methods are listed on the configuration page before payment is confirmed.

Review the order details

Check the memory tier, drive count, bandwidth, IPv4 count, operating system, and billing period. Pay particular attention to the difference between extra IPv4 addresses and the total address count, so the included address is not counted twice.

Billed as configured

Monthly total vs. amount due

The monthly total is the server's monthly price plus the monthly fees for selected add-ons. The amount due for the current period is the monthly total multiplied by the number of billing months. Quarterly, semiannual, and annual billing do not change the monthly rate.

No term discounts

Check the payment status

No setup fee or contract. After payment, check the order and billing status. If a payment needs to be verified, submit the relevant order details through a control panel ticket.

Payment confirmation is definitive

Delivery

Login credentials appear in the control panel after delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the server enters delivery. Its status updates when delivery is complete. Progress is shown in the control panel; no fixed delivery time is promised.

Check the server status

Sign in to the control panel, match the order to its server model and memory tier in the server list, then open the server details to check its status. Payment confirmation and delivery completion are separate stages; a payment record alone does not mean the server is ready to connect.

To check progress, submit the order or server ID in a control panel ticket so the relevant record can be identified.

Check connection details

After delivery, the server details show the first IPv4 address, login name, and initial password. Use the address and credentials shown in the control panel rather than public examples.

For orders with multiple IPv4 addresses, use the first address for the initial connection. Configure the remaining addresses in the operating system or virtualization host.

Credentials in the control panel
First login

Connect over SSH or RDP, depending on the selected system

Before logging in for the first time, check the server status and first IPv4 address. Find the connection details in that server's details page.

Linux, FreeBSD, and Proxmox VE

Connect over SSH (Secure Shell). The login name and initial password are available in the control panel. Change the initial password after logging in, then configure key-based access and firewall rules as needed.

The two included NVMe drives are directly attached and do not form a hardware array. Before deploying workloads, choose a software RAID, ZFS mirror, or other redundancy setup, and arrange off-site backups.

Windows Server

Connect over RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). Enter the first IPv4 address shown in the control panel, and find the account name and password in the server details. After logging in, change the initial password and check the operating system version and selected language.

Windows is available in English, Traditional Chinese, or Simplified Chinese. The system licence is billed monthly as part of the monthly total. Data redundancy and backups must be arranged separately.

After provisioning

Order a different memory tier; submit other requests by ticket

The original order is the reference for the delivered specifications. For changes to an existing server, include its ID and the requested adjustments.

Changing the memory tier

The 128GB and 256GB options are two separate server models. Memory cannot be upgraded on the same server after provisioning. To switch tiers, place a separate order and arrange data migration, verification, and workload cutover.

A new order is required

Drives, bandwidth, and addresses

Submit requests about additional drives, bandwidth tiers, or IPv4 addresses through a control panel ticket. Include the current and requested configurations so the changes and related charges can be confirmed. Submitting a ticket does not itself confirm a change.

Changes confirmed by ticket

Operating system requests

Submit reinstallation or operating system change requests through a control panel ticket. Back up data first and specify the target system. Switching to Windows Server adds the relevant monthly licence fee to the monthly total.

Renewal and expiry

Renew for the same period using the monthly total

Renew for the original billing period before it expires. Monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual billing are charged at 1, 3, 6, or 12 times the monthly total, with no term discounts.

Review the billing configuration before renewing

Amount due = monthly total × number of months. If a configuration change has been confirmed, check the applicable monthly fees first, then verify the amount due for the billing period. Expiry and refund matters are handled individually through tickets; no fixed percentage is specified on this page.

Start with the memory tier

Choose memory, drives, network, and operating system. The configuration page will summarize the monthly charges and amount due for the selected period.
